Our warranty is simple: if the pieces break, tarnish, or change color within the first year of wear, we will replace them.

Here's what your one-year warranty covers when you purchase LLUME pieces from our site (llume.com or llumejewelry.com):
🌟 Tarnishing & Discoloration: If any part of your beloved LLUME jewelry tarnishes or noticeably changes color, we promise to make things right by repairing or replacing those affected parts free of charge.
🔗 Broken Pieces From Normal Wear: Life happens, even to precious metals and gemstones. Should an unforeseen incident cause damage during everyday use, let us help restore your favorite accessory back into shape without costing you extra.
What’s not covered is: (1) damages resulting from misuse or neglect, (2) alterations made outside of authorized channels (3) accidents caused intentionally, (4) loss or theft, (5) natural silver or brass tarnishing that can be removed with a cloth or lemon treatment.

Remember, please keep hold onto proof of purchase such as receipts, order numbers, order email, or shipping address so we may better assist you throughout the claims procedure. And rest assured knowing each claim undergoes careful consideration before approval based on terms outlined herein.
Our policy covers one replacement per piece purchased. If we don’t have current stock of the piece you’ve purchased, we will offer you replacements of full-price retail value of up to 125% of what you paid for the warrantied piece(s).
LLUME reserves the right to rule whether damage or wear to pieces is caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, accident or improper use/care. If an item is determined to fall under warranty coverage, we will repair the damage and return the piece to you, or send you a brand new piece. Warranty coverage is for repair and replacement only.
LLUME will pay for shipping the piece to/from you in the US & Canada. For other regions, you (the customer) will be responsible for shipping costs.
